Serene Beaches and a decadent spread are the much anticipated highlights of a Goan wedding. Here’s all the food you simply can’t do without for your wedding
When Raunak Samson tied the knot, he took charge of liaising with the caterers.
Samson shares, “At a wedding, the food is the most anticipated aspect. Our wedding was held in Goa and while my wife’s guests are from Goa, my guests live in different parts of Maharashtra. This was going to be the first time my relatives would experience a typical Goan wedding; so I wanted to introduce them to traditional Goan delicacies.”
He explains, “We hired a local caterer who put together a menu featuring traditional dishes such as sorpotel, sanna, fish curry with steamed brown rice, prawn satay and roast pork.”
