Lifestyle change: Trick and treat
What it did: Make a list of things you like to eat, tick the ones that are high on protein and focus on eating just those foods. When you have your list penned down, it’s easier to stick to it. One thing I stuck to religiously was dance. I fall into the bracket of people who just cannot hit the gym or sit through a yoga class. With my dance class, the concentration is on learning the moves, so I don’t realise how much I’m working out in the process—it’s fun and there is less emphasis on ‘weight loss’ and ‘training’ and ‘repetitions’. Workout and healthy foods of your choice are what help the most.
