What is it: Deposits of excess fat around the waistline.
Tone trick: Lie on your left side with your knees straight. Supported by your elbow and forearm, lift up your upper body with your elbow under your shoulder. Contract your abs and raise your hips until your body forms a straight line from your ankles to your shoulders. Your head should stay in line with your body.
Reps: Hold this position for about two minutes and repeat on the other side.
